You won't find a better real estate agent anywhere in the country. Simply amazing. Jenn guided us from start to finish in building our new home. She assisted my wife and I through all phases of the process: finding a lot in a great community, designing our future home, choosing finishes and upgrades, and finally the build and closing.

Jenn persevered with us when our build was delayed for nearly 10 months, checking in and reassuring us that we were doing the right thing. She was always available to answer any questions and once even called me as she was leaving for a family vacation! She's extremely knowledgeable about the market, triangle region, and homes, which was huge for us moving to a new area.

When we finally broke ground, Jenn would drive to the construction site and walk it with me, answering any questions I had. Often, she'd point out things about the build to look out for and was so good at educating us on nuanced situations. When there was something she couldn't answer, she'd also often reach out to the builder and speak with them on our behalf if we had any issues. She was the ultimate advocate and professional. I feel quite lucky to have found her, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the triangle area. She's the best!
